This course is the introduction to my signature practice – Sensual Yoga™️. Sensual Yoga is a fusion of yoga, dance and exotic feminine movement, and it’s designed to make you feel like the goddess that you are!

This course will teach you the foundational moves of Sensual Yoga and have you on the way to wholeheartedly embracing your sensual self!

By the end of this course, you’re be equipped with a Sensual Movement Toolkit – a variety of movements and practices that will enable you to drop into your body and really connect with your true self.

We’re going to break down the individual movements from different positions so that you’re equipped with a number of moves you can use to create your own personal practice.

By the end of this course, you’ll be a fully fledged Sensualista and you’ll have cultivated your own unique practice that will allow you to come home to yourself whenever you need.

Q & A

Do I need to have experience with yoga/dance?

Nope! To be sensual is a feeling, it doesn’t require mastering a skill. Sensual Yoga is about your connection with yourself. I don’t believe it matters *what* you look like or what your body can *do* – what I’m most interested in is how it *feels*. It’s an exploration – of your body, of your breath, of your self.

The course will break down the foundational moves of Sensual Yoga and, most importantly, allow you to make them your own and explore this style of movement that we are so often told is ‘too sexy’. (Reminder: you can’t be too sexy, you can’t be too sensual – but you can be deeply connected with yourself, and that is a beautiful thing).

I'm SO busy right now, I don't think I have time for sensuality.

I know you’re busy. We all are. That’s why I intentionally kept each lesson in every module of The Art of Sensual Movement short and sweet at no more than 10 mins. So you can learn what you need to learn, take some time to yourself to practice or just continue with your day. You won’t need to block out hours of time each day to do this course. It’s designed with you in mind, and I respect you and your time.

I’m honoured to be able to spend time with you throughout this course in the 3 weeks that we’ll be doing it together live, but if you can’t show up fully and commit *right now*, that’s fine. Because once you enroll, you’ll have access to the course for life. You’ll be able to login and revisit the lessons whenever you like.

I'm not exactly "fit" - can I still do this?

Sensual Yoga™️ isn’t about fitness. Yes, it is a physical practice, and doing these movements will likely work up a bit of a sweat – but it’s for people of all fitness levels. You’ll receive lifetime access to this course , so if any particular movements are difficult for you the first time around, you will have time to go back and work on them again. I have many students who like to revisit the video lessons regularly who tell me that they have noticed a huge improvement in their strength and flexibility through doing the course.

If I get stuck or am struggling with the modules, how much support is there?

Upon enrollment, you’ll get access to a private Facebook community where you can connect with other sensualistas who ahve completed the course. You can reach out to me in there or privately via email throughout the course. I’m here to support you so I encourage you to keep in touch!

I feel like I've tried everything in the personal development world. Why is this different?

This course is different because it focuses specifically on sensuality through movement. There’s no other course like it out there. Not only is the course itself different, but the community and support we’ll be providing you throughout the live round is unique and incredibly heart-centered.

Sensuality is not often a topic that gets much of a look-in, within the personal development or the fitness spaces. I want to change that. I believe that uncovering our innate sensuality is the key to a more present, connected and juicy life. This course is just the beginning!

I don't think of myself as particularly sensual or sexy! I'm never going to look that good doing Sensual Yoga!

Firstly – you are. Trust me.

Secondly – Sensual Yoga™️ is NOT about how you look. Please don’t compare your journey or your movement style with mine. Throughout this course, I will guide you through the foundational movements of Sensual Yoga™️ to help you connect in with your body and give you permission to move in a way that traditionally, society has told us is ’not okay’. It’s about reclaiming your sensuality. While I will be sharing my signature movements, the essence of the course is not to perfect the movements (though if that’s your thing, go for it!) – the essence of this course is to empower you to move our body in a new way and to really feel in to that.

I'm not in a relationship/have a partner, so my sensuality doesn't really matter at the moment, right?

Even better! Sensual Movement is about YOU. Nobody else. I encourage you to do this course for YOU and you alone. I have seen the powerful affects of women getting in touch with their sensuality (myself included) and I want that for you. In a world that is very much patriarchal, with so much focus on the male gaze, it can be easy to assume that moving in a sensual way is only limited to situations where it is for the benefit of a man, but I believe that a woman’s sensuality is hers to own and share, or not share, as she pleases (that means you – your sensuality is YOURS). This is the perfect time for you to focus entirely on you. I hope you’ll answer the call.

Eleanor’s sensual movement practice is so refreshing in a world where we associate movement with having control over our bodies. It was so empowering to move in a totally different way where the focus was on how it felt to be in my body. I felt liberated, free and powerful.

About your teacher

Hi, I’m Eleanor!

I believe you learn more by asking people what they are passionate about, as opposed to asking what they do.

Me? I’m passionate about movement, sensuality, femininity, self-love, holistic healing, positivity and transformation. I believe in energy, in the power of the moon, the soul and manifestation. I believe that women are powerful beings and I’m passionate about helping them discover their own magic.

From working in international community development, I found myself owning and managing a pole dancing studio. I helped women discover their self-confidence through feminine movement and was so inspired by their growth, strength and spirit. Since experiencing the power that sensual movement had on both my students’ and my own sense of body-love and self-esteem, I started exploring other forms of movement and found a particular love for yoga.

My fascination with yoga and its philosophy led me to complete my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with the Kula Collective in beautiful San Marcos la Laguna, Guatemala.

It’s my mission to redefine what it means to be a sensual being, to inspire women to embrace their whole selves and fall in love with themselves a little bit more each and every day.
